Storm Damage – Sandy Springs Warehouse

Storm damage at this Sandy Springs warehouse created a leak into the interior of the building. The leak was allowing muddy water to enter the warehouse area as shown in the before picture. SERVPRO of North Fulton County was called while the storm was still raging to stop the incoming water. We located the source and provided repair to the structure. At the same time, we were removing the inventory in the warehouse and loading it onto our trucks to take back to the SERVPRO warehouse for drying and restoration. Once the inventory was removed from the warehouse, we cleaned up the muddy water. The concrete flooring of the warehouse absorbed a lot of moisture during the storm and needed to be thoroughly dried. We set up industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. Once the flooring of the warehouse had dried, we moved the client's inventory back in.
