Water Damage in a Roswell Cabin

These photos depict a mold remediation/ water damage restoration project in a log cabin located in the mountain park area of Roswell. SERVPRO of North Fulton County responded immediately to the call from the homeowners when they returned from a three-week stay at their Florida home. The cabin was full of steam and standing water from a burst hot water supply line that passed through a tankless water heater. There was a lot of water damage and secondary damage from mold growth throughout the home. Notice the sagging insulation batten and water damaged walls and flooring. We removed all water damaged materials and dried out the exposed framing of the house to prepare for restoration.
