Alpharetta Mold Damage Restoration

A property in Alpharetta called us regarding a mold infestation. The mold was growing on the ceiling due to water damage. We needed to work fast since mold can spread quickly. We used specialized equipment and industry-proven techniques to remediate the mold issue. The property was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We made it “Like it never even happened.”

Mold Damage – Sandy Springs House

Mold damage at this Sandy Springs home was the result of a breach in the washing machine drain hose. The wall around the hose became soaked. It was obscured by a utility cart and went several weeks before it was noticed leading to nasty mold growth developing. SERVPRO of North Fulton County was called in to clean up the mold. Our technicians have excellent mold remediation training, and they have the latest equipment available to complete mold restoration. We had to tear out the dry wall as it could not be restored. We cleaned and treated the two by four wall studs and the flooring area. Next, we set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. Once dry we sprayed on an antimicrobial to inhibit any future mold growth. Finally, we replaced the drywall.

Roswell Mold and Algae Problem

The deck on this screen room in Roswell was pounded by the elements resulting in sufficient moisture to allow mold spores to proliferate into patches of mold. Pressure washing with a fungicide cleaned the planks on this deck and offered protection for some time.

Mold Damage –Johns Creek Home

Mold damage at this Johns Creek home was first detected by the homeowner as a small amount of mold at the edge of the tile on the wall. SERVPRO’s use of thermal imaging equipment revealed that there was mold behind most of the tile as the photo shows.

An Roswell moldy Kitchen Wall

Accumulated moisture in this Roswell kitchen produced mold patches within the wall cabinets and the exterior wall. There was extensive mold behind the tile backsplash causing the need for a demolition of these infested areas. The key was to sanitize and mitigate the potential for future fungal growth.

Mold Damage – Sandy Springs Home

Mold Damage at this Sandy Springs home was caused by a leaky water heater on the opposite side of the pictured wall. SERVPRO was called to clean up the mold by the owner of this vacant property. We responded quickly and began the project by setting up a containment area top prevent any further spread of mold spores. We then proceeded to mitigate the damage and restore the affected area to pre-loss conditions.
